As a summer associate, you’ll rotate through multiple practice groups starting with Business Law and Litigation before moving on to two-week rotations in any group that suits your interest. Our workflow coordinators curate engaging assignments that provide real-world learning, including opportunities to observe or assist with:
- Client meetings
- M&A deals
- Real estate closings
- Trials
- Mediations and arbitrations
- Hearings
- Depositions
- Negotiations

Our program at a glance.
Summer Associate Program
The Summer Associate Program offers second year law students an immersive experience where they gain hands-on exposure to real legal work and develop their skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
- 9 weeks of in-firm rotation
You’ll rotate through our core practice groups, working on client matters and building familiarity with multiple areas of law. - 3 weeks of pro bono fellowship
We take pride in our community roots. That’s why our program, the only of its kind in New England, gives you the opportunity to work in-house with one of our partner legal service providers. - How and when to apply
