Meet Zack, a semi-reformed ski bum who is always up to the challenge.
Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with him.
While some people back away from a challenge, every challenge is an invitation for Zack. His determination enables him to find the best outcome for his clients, every time. While new to our team, his insight, doggedness and quick wit are already integral to our client service.
Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Zack attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was a research assistant focusing on the impact of the Federal False Claims Act on corporate structure. In addition, Zack was awarded the Tulsa University College of Law Public Service Award, as well as the Order of the Curule Chair, the highest academic honor offered.
Zack was also an intern with the United States District Court of Northern District of Oklahoma for the Honorable Paul Cleary, where he gained experience doing legal research and drafting appellate orders. Finally, Zack was a student attorney at the University of Tulsa’s Immigrant Rights Clinic where he represented women and children in bond reduction hearings and defensive asylum trials.
In his former life, Zack was:
- Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Carrabassett Valley Academy
- Paralegal for Pine Tree Legal Assistance
When Zack isn’t working, he is…
