Here’s why you’ll enjoy working with him.
Having represented businesses in hundreds of commercial real estate and loan transactions for nearly 20 years, Tom really knows the interests and concerns of real estate developers and investors and banks. That expertise comes from a wealth of experience in all phases of real estate development—from pre-development planning, land acquisition, and permitting and approvals, to construction, financing, leasing, and eventual sale.
Tom’s insight and frank, detail-oriented approach make him a powerful ally for clients, who can rely on him not only for expert legal counsel, but also seasoned business guidance for all their commercial real estate matters.
But that’s not all. Tom is also very experienced in:
- Condominium and other planned unit development
In his former life, Tom was:
Law clerk for the Honorable Frederic W. Allen, Chief Justice of the Vermont Supreme Court, a public policy and applied economics nerd, and a ski bum.
When Tom isn’t working, he is…
A devoted family man and avid outdoorsman with a passion for Telemark skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, and sailing. He’s also on the board of trustees for the Maine Maritime Museum, as well as a member of the advisory board for the Gulf of Maine Research Institute.
