Daniel focuses on general bankruptcy and business reorganization matters, including chapter 11, asset sales and acquisition and other bankruptcy related matters. He was awarded the 2016 American Bankruptcy Institute’s Medal of Excellence at the University of Maine School of Law commencement exercises.
Daniel also served as a judicial extern for Judge Kermit Lipez at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and was a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic, a program through the University of Maine School of Law, where he advocated on behalf of clients throughout their asylum application requests.
Daniel is also very experienced in:

Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Daniel was:
