Bernstein Shur Shareholder Glenn Israel was quoted in a Portland Press Herald article covering the recent changes in overtime rules that will likely effect an estimated 16,000 workers in ME.  The article targets both the opportunities and the obstacles that many of ME’s businesses will be experiencing once this new rule takes effect in December of 2016.
