Bernstein Shur Makes Fortune Magazine’s List of Top Law Firms in the U.S. – Ranking Based on Highest Level of Ethical Standards & Legal Ability

Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, was recently named in Fortune magazine’s Top Ranked Law Firms, a list drawn from LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings.TM

The exclusive list comprises U.S. law firms with 21 or more attorneys, in which at least one in three has achieved the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating, indicating the highest level of ethical standards and legal ability. Out of more than 250,000 law firms nationwide, fewer than 1,000 were selected for this honor. The list was published in Fortune’s 2012 Investors Guide, included in the December 26 issue.

“This is a great honor for our firm,” said Charles Miller, CEO of Bernstein Shur. “I want to congratulate all of our attorneys for the consistently exceptional work and superior services that they provide our clients.”

Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings are driven by the confidential opinions of lawyers and judges who provide reviews of lawyers about whom they have professional knowledge. To learn more about Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, please visit www.martindale.com/ratings.
