Montreal, ME and Atlantic Railway rehiring workers thanks to $3 million loan

Bob Keach, co-chair of Bernstein Shur’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group, was quoted in the Bangor Daily News regarding the $3 M loan from Camden National that allows Montreal, ME and Atlantic Railway to rehire workers and operate stably and safely through its bankruptcy.
