Municipal Litigation

As an adjunct to the Firm’s Municipal Law Practice, the Litigation Department regularly collaborates with the Municipal attorneys to provide municipal litigation expertise in the context of municipal law disputes. Such collaboration typically occurs in the subjects of complex real estate valuation appeals, personal injury or property damage claims, constitutional litigation, employment litigation, and other disputes which involve a combination of municipal law and business or tort law. Typically, such litigation is handled jointly by a municipal and litigation attorney to ensure that the skills of both disciplines are brought to bear on the dispute for the maximum advantage of the client.
