Environmental Law

Municipalities must comply with many federal and state environmental laws and, at times, serve as the enforcers of such laws. As a result, Bernstein Shur is frequently called upon to interpret complex environmental regulations, assist governmental entities in ensuring compliance, and prosecuting violations of these environmental laws on behalf of those entities. Bernstein Shur can serve all of the environmental needs of your entity.
