Insolvency and Business Restructuring
The Bernstein Shur Business Reorganization and Insolvency Practice Group represents clients throughout the United States, including busy reorganization courts in Delaware and the Southern District of New York. Within New England, the group plays a significant role in the majority of Chapter 11 cases filed, with an emphasis on representing debtors in such cases and purchasers of assets.
