Bernstein Shur’s Education Law Group represents both public and private elementary, secondary, and post secondary educational institutions on a variety of matters including student management issues, administrative issues, and labor and employment law. Our clients include several private academies in Maine and the Maine Association of Independent Schools. We also serve as outside counsel to the University of Maine System.
