The Business Litigation Group has extensive experience in a variety of business related disputes involving shareholder and partnership disputes, shareholder and director deadlocks, hostile corporate takeovers, securities litigation, business frauds, lender liability suits, non-competition agreements, contract disputes, antitrust, commercial real estate and other disputes that have their origin in business transactions. Members of the group have litigated cases of this kind in both state and federal court in Maine and in other courts around the country.

We have also handled class action litigation, both on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. The Group also handles tax appeals both in state and federal courts.
