Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, is pleased to welcome its newest associate, Willette M. Elder, to the to the firm’s Portland, Maine office.
Elder, a resident of Portland, Maine, has joined Bernstein Shur’s tax, trusts and estates practice group, where her practice will focus on representing individuals and businesses in taxes and estate planning.
Elder is a 2010 graduate of George Washington University Law School. She earned her undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude from Howard University in 2007 and is also a 2011 graduate of Boston University School of Law, where she earned an LL. M. degree in taxation. Elder previously clerked for the law offices of Andrew Greenspan for Nationwide Insurance in Maryland.
