Bernstein Shur Welcomes Business and Health Care Attorney Jennifer S. Riggle

Bernstein Shur, one of northern New England’s largest law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer S. Riggle to the firm’s Business Law Practice Group and Health Care Team. She joins the firm’s Portland, ME office as a shareholder.

Riggle is a highly-skilled business and health care attorney who brings more than 25 years of experience to Bernstein Shur. She represents health care facilities, providers and insurance-related entities in a wide range of matters, such as business transactions, risk management, regulatory compliance and licensing proceedings, HIPAA and other health care, insurance and reimbursement matters. Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Riggle was a founding partner at a leading business and litigation firm in Portland, ME for 15 years.

Riggle earned her JD from the University of Maine School of Law, her MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health, and her BA from Bates College. She is admitted to practice in the state of ME and commonwealth of Massachusetts. She resides in Cape Elizabeth, ME with her family.
