NLRB Invades Non-union Workplaces—Terry Shumaker will address the National Labor Relations Board’s effect on workplaces that do not have a union. Among the matters that Terry will discuss are the following:

New requirement for employers to prominently post Notices of Employee Rights under NLRA
NLRB expands definition of “concerted activity” in non-union workplaces, striking down employer disciplinary actions and invalidating company policies
New “quickie election,” which dramatically expedites votes on union elections, goes into effect in April
