The scanning specialist reports to the service center manager.
This position requires high confidentiality and Microsoft Office Word 2010 proficiency. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all employees of the firm, and be familiar with scanning and file maintenance. Ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently and is deadline driven. Duties also include copying, scanning, file maintenance, service center responsibilities, conference room set up, ability to lift 25 pounds and other mail room duties as required.

Must be able to hit the ground running utilizing skills including closing document preparation, title insurance underwriting, survey and lease review, title searches, UCC searches and filings, land use research and due diligence and have the ability to adapt to ever-changing rules and regulations.
This position requires superior computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite, TSS software, document management system and Laser fiche a plus. New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts experience helpful.
