Josh Silver is a member of Bernstein Shur’s Business Law and Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Groups. His practice focuses on technology development and licensing transactions; intellectual property matters; data security; e-commerce; consulting and services arrangements; and a broad range of business transactions. Since joining the firm in 2006, Josh has represented clients with a wide array of intangible assets and intellectual property and technology related needs.
Representative work includes:
Prior to joining Bernstein Shur, Josh served as a law clerk for the Hon. John A. Woodcock, Jr., U.S. District Court for the District of Maine. While attending law school, Josh served as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Maine, and as an extern with the Maine Patent Program.
