Bernstein Shur’s Securities and Financial Services Industry Practice Group is seeking to hire an experienced attorney in its Portland, Maine office to support a growing national corporate trust practice. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four years of corporate trust experience representing financial institutions in fiduciary and agency capacities in structured finance, corporate and municipal debt and project finance transactions, as well in default administration matters. Qualified candidates must demonstrate past superior academic performance and possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Maturity, good judgment, and a demonstrable ability to attend to detail in complex matters is required. Successful completion of New York bar will enhance applications.
